Notice is hereby given that the July Board of Review will be meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM in the Wixom City Hall Council Chambers to make decisions on clerical errors, mutual mistakes of fact, Principal Residence Exemption status and Poverty Exemptions as required by Michigan statute.  Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-87, the July Board of Review may also hear valuation appeals and personal property exemptions not previously heard at the March Board of Review.  Written Letter Appeals are permitted and must be received prior to July 21, 2020.  For additional questions or concerns on the July Board of Review, please contact Oakland County Equalization, the City of Wixom’s contracted Assessor at 248-858-0774.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, anyone who wishes to enter the City office will be required to complete a brief health questionnaire form.  A mask must be worn during your entire visit within the City office.  A mask will not be provided, please bring your own Person Protective Equipment (PPE). Social distancing of 6 feet or more will be required at all times while in the City office.
