Notary Location: Wixom Municipal Offices -  49045 Pontiac Trail, Wixom Michigan

Notary Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Notary Rates:

• Wixom Resident -  The first Notary signature is free. Any additional Notary signatures within the same document are $3 per signature
• Non-Resident - $5 per Notary signature
• Wixom Business Owner - $3 for each Notary signature 

Notary Policy

Notaries acting on behalf of the City of Wixom shall:

• Only notarize documents written in English, or with the English translation attached.
• Only notarize completed documents, which shall not contain blanks.
• Confirm the identity if every individual requesting notary service against valid government issued photo identification.
• Act as a witness and notarize the same document.
• Not notarize copies of passports, closing paperwork, financial documents or mortgage papers.
• Not certify or notarize that a record is an original or a true copy of another record.
• Not perform a notarial act electronically.

The notary has the right to refuse to notarize any document.
